i was unhappy with an itme i purchased from ioffer and the seller wont replace it!

about 2 weeks ago i purchased a dvd collection set called, A different world.i received this set on april 14th 2008.in this dvd set there are 21 dvds and i found that 2 of them were defected.i,ve contacted the seller several times his name is jeff kerouac aka mistervideo.he only responded back to me twice and has not even agreed to replace the dvds or anything,in fact he has tried to make me think something is wrong with my dvd player because he doesnt want to take the responsibility of replacing them.i payed 25.00 for this collection and it was not worth it at all and i would like something done about this.

You got 23 DVDs for $25 and 21 work and 2 do not and you want your money back. ***....
