Ioffer "A place that harbors criminals" should be their slogan! Ioffer does not protect the unsuspecting innocent buyers. Ioffer blames it on the buyers. In other words, that call us "dumb" for getting deceive by these con artists. Yes, we should be careful when dealing with sellers but ioffer should overlook the transaction. They have no concern whatsoever on these criminals. Allow them to receive money and getting aways with it and the goods. Buyers are left with empty pockets and they don't even have the items they purchase. But that's not bad enough! These con artists close their account when they collect all the money. In a few weeks or months, open another account and the cycle of deceit goes on again. They don't protect us so we shouldn't support their business. In my opinion, Ioffer is the CON ARTIST!!!! Put an end to IOFFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
