Ioffer complaint
Well, two days ago I registered to Ioffer.com, they have an option to pre-pay 20$ to account if you don’t have CC and want to sell, so I did and pre-paid.

When I tried to sell something the system asked for CC even after I pre-paid 20$ from PayPal.

I emailed contacted customer support (they don’t publish email address only thru web site system) and they told me that I still need to add a CC to verify myself but they wont charge me.

Anyway I went to sleep and when I woke up my account was loged-off (I leave my pc on), I tried to log-in but the system gives me an error that user and password incorrect I tried to recover my password thru the system and they emailed me exact same user and password as it was before and it still didn’t worked.

Appears that iOffer disabled my account for no reason and the worst part they wont email you with explanation, no emails no warning just disabled account.

Worse part is that I had my account for less than 24h and pre-paid my them 20$, I tried to contact them already 15 times, nobody answers me, no body wants to explain why they disabled my account (I didn’t even listed any items) and worse part nobody refunds me.

Even the 'evil" eBay will send you ton of emails if you do something wrong and even when they disable your account they will tell you exactly why and how to solve it.

iOffer was my worst experience ever, I would recommend looking for another web site to sell stuff.

I was recently scammed by a seller on IOffer myself. I only wish I had thought to check out this website before ordering anything. Not only has IOffer not done anything to help me, but the seller who took my money but did not send the merchandise is now harrassing me. I don't understand how IOffer is still in business. I have seen hundreds of complaints about them.

They did the same thing to me. THey took my 20 bucks and said I did not need to put a cc on file and then when I listed my 2nd item they asked for a cc. I still have my account, but still.... thats pretty bogus!!
