ioffer is a disgrace! I bought an item from ioffer and when it arrived it had an expiration date of 2006. I told the seller I would like to send it back because of the expiration date and he became an instant ***. He told me in writing that if I sent it back he would refund my money. I sent it back the same day I got it. He received it and claimed I took the product and ran it over with my car and now it was damaged and he wasn't going to refund my money. I disputed it with Paypal and they have decided to side with ioffer. Buyers are not protected at all with ioffer. If you want to be taken advantaged of, cheated, and lied to, by all means use ioffer.com.
